Gaomei Wetlands Scenic Bridge

Gaomei Wetlands Scenic Bridge is located in Qingshui District, Taichung, spanning the approximately 120-meter-wide Qingshui Drainage Channel. The bridge features a distinctive double-arched curve design, measuring 265 meters in length and 7.2 meters in width, with approach ramps totaling 132 meters on both sides. Together, these elements create a smooth and visually striking landscape bridge.

The bridge’s design incorporates the historical and cultural imagery of traditional bamboo-pole boat navigation in the area, creating a distinctive structure that reflects the local character. The surrounding area features cycling paths and recreational viewing spaces, offering views of Gaomei Wetlands, wind turbines, and the coastal landscape.
