Gaomei Lighthouse

Gaomei Lighthouse is located next to Gaomei Wetlands, with its central landmark being a distinctive lighthouse featuring red-and-white horizontal stripes. Standing approximately 34.4 meters tall, the lighthouse offers panoramic views of Gaomei Wetlands and the expansive coastal landscape. Protected areas for native Habenaria orchids are located on both sides of the lighthouse, with fences separating the ecological zones from visitor pathways. From March to May, when the orchids are in bloom, visitors can enjoy the seasonal floral scenery, creating a unique coastal setting where the lighthouse, wetlands, and natural ecosystems come together.

The park is a multifunctional space that combines culture, art, and natural landscapes. It features independently designed blue-and-white accommodation spaces, a restaurant, and retail facilities, and periodically hosts art exhibitions, interdisciplinary performances, and hands-on workshops. With its spacious green areas, coastal scenery, and simple, nature-inspired design, the site offers distinct atmospheres throughout the day, from daylight and sunset to nighttime. It is suitable for filming coastal landscapes, lighthouses, natural ecosystems, outdoor activities, weddings, cultural and artistic events, and scenes of everyday life.
